Postures are held for longer durations of time to focus on the re-lengthening, pliability, and range of motion of deep connective tissues. This yoga class is a perfect complement to any physical training regimen leaving you feeling relaxed, released, and rejuvenated.

You will need:

  • A mat or a towel

  • Comfortable, Breathable Clothing.

  • Extra Layers.

  • A Good Water Bottle.
