All Fitness Hub programs are led by highly trained, experienced instructors who will pump out energizing and motivating music and lead you through a safe, effective, and fun workout – challenging your limits in a good way and leaving you with a sense of achievement. Strength classes are listed below with an S, cardio classes are listed with a C, and flexibility/recovery classes are listed with a F.

Each program is provided with low-impact and/or modified options so you can enjoy the class regardless of your fitness level.


Les Mills Programs

Based in New Zealand, Les Mills International is the world’s largest provider of choreographed exercise-to-music group fitness programs. Les Mills classes are an unstoppable phenomenon, with up to 6 million participants a week in over 15,000 fitness clubs across 75 countries. At Fitness Hub, we have Les Mills BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYATTACK, SPRINT, RPM, and BODYFLOW.

BODYATTACK™ is a sports-inspired cardio class where you can burn up to 730 calories! This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. There are low-impact options so you can enjoy the class regardless of your fitness level.

BODYCOMBAT™ is the workout with a punch! It is a high-energy, cardiovascular training class that combines moves from a range of martial arts disciplines. All classes end with a stretch and cool down period that offers both physical and mental relaxation benefits. BODYCOMBAT™ is perfect for many different fitness levels and can be tailored to suit your specific needs.

BODYPUMP™ is a class for everyone! It transcends age, gender, and fitness backgrounds. It works your whole body in one-hour of comprehensive warm-ups followed by specific tracks, that target legs, chest, back, triceps, biceps, shoulders and abs. It’s a great starting point to develop your strength and confidence.

SPRINT is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. This high intensity low impact workout is specifically proven to return rapid results.

RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and intervals. Discover the athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

BODYFLOW™ is a yoga based class that will improve your mind, your body, and your life. It embraces elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You will strengthen and stretch your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.

Barre S/C/F
Barre fitness classes are a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga, Pilates, and functional training. Barre focuses on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range of motion movements.

FitHub 30 Cycling C
Ride to great music, get lean, burn calories and improve your cardiovascular system through this 30-minute cycling class.

Indoor Cycling C
Indoor cycling is for all fitness levels and is low impact on your joints. You determine how hard you work based on your bike’s resistance. This high cardio class will not only have you burning up to 600 calories per class, but it builds your cardiovascular system, leg definition and even your core.

Mat Pilates S
Mat Pilates is a slow flow, full-body, mat experience. Come stretch, strengthen and lengthen from your head to your toes with your own body weight in one power packed hour. 

Yin Yoga F
Mentally & physically wind down with this gentler, slower paced stretching class. Postures are held for longer durations of time to focus on the re-lengthening, pliability, and range of motion of deep connective tissues. This yoga class is a perfect compliment to any physical training regimen leaving you feeling relaxed, released, and rejuvenated. 

FitHub 312 S/C
FitHub 312 is a 45 minute workout utilizing interval training to improve muscular strength and endurance as well as aerobic capacity.

Power Abs S
Power Abs is a 15-minute class targeting all core muscles. This class will help create strength and stability through your mid-section which leads to increased balance through your entire body. 

Yoga F
Decompress with a satisfying sequence of postures aimed to calm the mind and nourish the body. All levels welcome.

Stepology C
Stepology is a choreographed routine using a step and your body weight. Our instructors will guide you through basic steps and combinations that incorporate body sculpting, cardiovascular strength, and fun aerobics.

Total Body Conditioning C/S
This 55-minute class is designed to increase strength and endurance. This workout uses body weight resistance training, stability ball exercises, barbell and dumbbell exercises, and more, to enhance all of our major and small muscle groups.

Zumba C
Zumba is often known as exercise in disguise! It's a fun, high-energy, Latin-based dance fitness class. Combining international, Latin, and Hip-hop music with dance moves from salsa, merengue, cambia, samba, and reggae ton, Feel the music, join the party, and just dance!

Small Group Training (SGT) 
Small Group Training is a more personalized workout experience. In a group of between 1 and 6 people, you will receive more one-on-one attention. Small Group Training is a great way to make your training more goal specific and take your fitness to the next level! Fitness Hub offers six different SGT programs, MetCon Sweat, MetCon Power, BURN, TRX Fit, TRX Strong, and Barre Stick.

MetCon Power S
A small group training strength focused workout with a variety of power and endurance training exercises.

MetCon Sweat C
A small group training overall endurance workout using a variety of HIIT training techniques to help you get your sweat on!

A small group training total metabolic conditioning workout combining both strength and endurance work.

A small group training high intensity workout to build muscular endurance, improve lean muscle to fat ratios, and increase cardio capacity.

TRX Strong S
A small group training strength workout focused on muscular endurance by working to fatigue.

Barre Stick S
This strengthening barre class utilizes the Pilates stick apparatus, which attaches to the barre for added resistance and balance challenges. The core is challenged throughout the class, and every muscle group will be worked, as well as a strong cardio component.
