All Fitness Hub programs are led by highly trained, experienced instructors who will pump out energizing and motivating music and lead you through safe, effective, and fun workout – challenging your limits in a good way and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

Each program is provided with low-impact and/or modified options so you can enjoy the class regardless of your fitness level.


PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS


Based in New Zealand, Les Mills International is the world’s largest provider of choreographed exercise-to-music group fitness programs. Les Mills classes are an unstoppable phenomenon, with up to 6 million participants a week in over 15,000 fitness clubs across 75 countries.

 
 

Barre

Barre fitness classes are a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga, Pilates, and functional training. Barre focuses on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range of motion movements.

BODYATTACK™

BODYATTACK™ is a sports-inspired cardio class where you can burn up to 730 calories! This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. There are low-impact options so you can enjoy the class regardless of your fitness level.

 

BODYCOMBAT™

BODYCOMBAT™ is the workout with a punch! It is a high-energy, cardiovascular training class that combines moves from a range of martial arts disciplines. All classes end with a stretch and cool down period that offers both physical and mental relaxation benefits. BODYCOMBAT™ is perfect for many different fitness levels and can be tailored to suit your specific needs.

BODYPUMP™

BODYPUMP™ is a class for everyone! It transcends age, gender, and fitness backgrounds. It works your whole body in one-hour of comprehensive warm-ups followed by specific tracks, that target legs, chest, back, triceps, biceps, shoulders and abs. It’s a great starting point to develop your strength and confidence.

 

FitHub 30 Cardio

In this 30-minute class you will experience a variety of body weight resistance training as well as agility movements. This workout with help improve your cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn.

FitHub 30 Cycling

Ride to great music, get lean, burn calories and improve your cardiovascular system through this 30-minute cycling class.

 

FitHub 30 Strength

This 30-minute class is designed to help you build a foundation for strength and build lean muscle.

Foam Rolling

This 55-minute class delivers a slow-paced yet dynamic roll and release program that helps relieve tight and sore muscles. After a brief warm-up the foam roller is used from head to toe rolling out sore areas which helps break up fascia, the network of tissue that connects muscles, allowing you to be more flexible, increase range of motion and help your tight muscles recover from strenuous workouts.

 

Indoor Cycling

Indoor cycling is for all fitness levels and is low impact on your joints. You determine how hard you work based on your bike’s resistance. This high cardio class will not only have you burning up to 600 calories per class, but it builds your cardiovascular system, leg definition and even your core.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a slow flow, full-body, mat experience. Come stretch, strengthen and lengthen from your head to your toes with your own body weight in one power packed hour.

 

Mat Pilates & Foam Rolling

A classical Pilates based class that incorporates the lengthening and strengthening core exercises and also foam rolling techniques. Foam rolling can be used as a self-massage. Rolling out sore areas helps break up fascia, the network of tissue that connects muscles, allowing you to be more flexible, increase range of motion and help your tight muscles recover from strenuous workouts. The roller can also be used to create an instability that challenges the core, promoting strength and balance. Other movements use the roller in ways that increase flexibility and range of motion, such as stretching and bending exercises.

Tabata

Tabata is a high-intensity, interval-training workout. Some benefits of Tabata training are improved aerobic and anaerobic fitness levels and fat loss. Any exercise can be incorporated into the Tabata training. However, the basic outline of the Tabata training method is as follows:

    • 4 minutes long (whole Tabata Session)
    • 20 seconds of intense training
    • 10 seconds of rest
    • Total of 8 sessions or rounds
 

Power Abs

Power Abs is a 15-minute class targeting all core muscles. This class will help create strength and stability through your mid-section which leads to increased balance through your entire body.

Qigong

Qigong is a form of gentle exercise composed of movements that are repeated a number of times, often stretching the body, increasing fluid movement, and building awareness of how the body moves through space.

 

Stepology

Stepology is a choreographed routine using a step and your body weight. Our instructors will guide you through basic steps and combinations that incorporate body sculpting, cardiovascular strength, and fun aerobics.

Total Body Conditioning

This 55-minute class is designed to increase strength and endurance. This workout uses body weight resistance training, stability ball exercises, barbell and dumbbell exercises, and more, to enhance all of our major and small muscle groups.

 

Stepology

Stepology is a choreographed routine using a step and your body weight. Our instructors will guide you through basic steps and combinations that incorporate body sculpting, cardiovascular strength, and fun aerobics.
